The Tampa Bay Birth Network (TBBN) has multiple levels of memberships for you to choose from based on the size of your business, even if you don't have a business you can still join our mission. Membership fees support our ongoing activities including community outreach, educational events, childbirth options seminars for expecting families, networking opportunities for local birth pros, and more.
As a supporter of TBBN, you can be recognized on our featured member listing, or if you choose to be added to our directory of local birth professionals, which functions as a resource for our community, you will have a complimentary listing to your services and business which is a way of getting in front of many people seeking your services but also serves in a way to contribute to your search engine optimization via cross-linking.
We receive 100's of inquiries monthly from individuals searching for birth pros whether that means a doula, Midwife, Pelvic Floor Therapist, Mental Health Specialist, or any other of our categories. Members have access to special perks such as member-only events. We have facilitated birth-pro events such as tax filing 101 and social media webinars, which were exclusive to members only. By attending one of our exclusive events, there is no cost to you so you’ll get a quick return on your membership investment. What we've implemented throughout the years
There are now five different categories to select from membership: Contributing Member, Individual Member, Small Business Member, Medium Business Member, and Large Business Member.
Professional Memberships
Our professional memberships are divided into the above-mentioned 5 categories depending on the size of your business. These membership levels connect local professionals and community members and allow professionals to be a part of the movement to improve maternity care in Tampa Bay. These members are invited to networking opportunities with both consumers and other professionals. They are offered exposure through TBBN’s ever-expanding web presence on social media and other outlets. Professional members are also given the exclusive early bird, member-only access to register and sponsor TBBN events, like our annual Expo that we would love to bring back to life now post-pandemic.
The Individual Professional Member level is designed for a single professional working in the fields of pregnancy, birth, or parenting. They are given the opportunity to list an individual’s name or their business in our directory.
The Small Business Level is for organizations, businesses, and group practices with 2-9 professionals offering services in their business.
The Medium Business Member Level is for organizations, businesses, and group practices with 10-19 professionals offering services in their business.
The Large Business Level is for organizations, businesses, and group practices with 20 or more professionals offering services in their business.
The Small to Large Business Levels have the ability to list both their business and the number of individual professionals according to their membership level by name as members in our online directory.
Non-Profit Members
We also have a special offer for our registered 501c3 non-profit members. They receive a 50% discount for the appropriate level of membership based on the size of their business. Don't forget to enter the discount code NONPROFIT when paying for your membership!
