Heng is a licensed massage therapist and infant bodyworker & instructor, traditional Chinese and Ayurveda doula, and lactation specialist.  Heng started to practice and learn massage therapy from her grandma and mother when she was 6 years old. She has worked with 5000 new mothers and babies since 2016 by her therapeutic hands. Her postpartum care is focusing on the mother's recovery.  She provides full services of postpartum doula care, including postpartum massage & belly binding wrap, Chinese postpartum head therapy and hair care; Herb bath and body scrub; Hands-free breastfeeding & Sleeppumping; and Chinese postpartum meals.  She just moved from Seattle to Tampa in 2024. She would love to provide Asian holistic prenatal and postpartum care practice to families and providers in the Tampa Bay area.
