Illuminate Postpartum offers postpartum planning meetings, I believe in setting yourself up for success as much as possible for when the baby arrives.
As a registered dietitian, I offer nutrition services specific to your needs, whether it be doing pregnancy, immediately after the birth or the 4th trimester. This can include healing, warm foods for your body or food that can assist in lactation (if you are choosing to breast/chestfeed). I can cook and prepare foods and snacks for you and your family which can help with the cognitive and physical load.
