Tampa Bay Birth Network presents a free film screening and panel discussion of THESE ARE MY HOURS. A full sensory immersion, THESE ARE MY HOURS reveals one woman’s physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual transformation through giving birth. It is the first documentary filmed entirely during the course of one woman's labor, told from her perspective.

Evelyn Ojeda-Fox

Evelyn is the owner of The Red Tent Collective in Dunedin, a Certified Medical Hypnotherapist, CranioSacral Therapist, Transformational Mentor, and mother of two. Her mission is to guide families in navigating life with joy, mindfulness and self-compassion.


Roxanne Bogalis

Roxanne is stay at home mom of two and an advocate of all things birth and baby.She is also the president of Brown Baby Brigade which is dedicated to increasing breastfeeding rates for women of color by providing free lactation education and support.


Nichole Kaspi Black

Nichole is a Pregnancy Coach, Doula and Childbirth Educator. She is a firm believer that women’s journeys to motherhood are due for an upgrade! She supports women in creating their ideal experience in pregnancy and birth, by providing information, resources, preparation and guidance in developing a new mindset.
