How did you get into this line of work?

Jessica Wilson[MOD] momma, Inc. was born during my frantic preparation for the arrival of my daughter, Rhys. I was attempting to juggle work, tend to my blended family, take care of my household and maintain a healthy pregnancy along with the multitude of preparations necessary to welcome my daughter’s arrival. I found myself wasting precious time and energy re-familiarizing myself with the best baby products and services in my area. This emotional, fretful time was the inspiration behind [MOD] momma, Inc.

What is a Baby Planner?

The role of a Baby Planner spreads beyond assisting clients with overwhelming tasks and simply selecting baby gear. Baby Planners are maternity consultants who provide support, information, education and resources to new and expecting parents. By evaluating their clients specific needs and providing them with the appropriate information, education and resources, Baby Planners empower their clients to make the best decisions for their growing family. This includes the various options for birthing, product navigation, baby shower preparation, baby registries and so much more.

“Hiring Jessica has been the most wonderful thing during my transition back to work after having my first baby.  After weeks of grief over the approaching return to work and not having a clue where to start preparing, I found Jessica.  After that, things seemed to be far less overwhelming and there seemed to be a logical plan and attainable goals.  My husband said she was worth every penny, not only because she helped me emotionally, but she also handled the logistics of the transition so that we didn’t have to HOPE that we had it all covered!  We were in the classic situation of not knowing what we didn’t know!  She made sure we were prepared for the things that others have to learn the hard way.  The transition has not been easy, but as we go through, I have definitely noticed all the little things that she took care of – we have avoided several disasters in just the first week!  What a blessing her sevices have been!” ~ Jayme U.

“Jessica at MOD momma, Inc. was so friendly and professional from the very first phone call. She was genuinely interested in all of my birthing needs and happily answered any questions/concerns I had. I didn’t know what to expect with this being my first child but she made me feel much more prepared and informed about the birthing process and what my needs/goals were for the delivery room. My partner and I both feel much more secure going into this unknown territory with the help of Jessica and MOD momma. I recommend her and this group to all new parents!” ~ Michelle S.
We were very fortunate to have had Jessica Wilson of [MOD] momma, Inc. work with us as the Vice President of the Tampa Bay Birth Network for over a year. She contributed great things to our group including working on two of our Expos, hosting a Childbirth Options Seminar and much more. So we can also personally recommend her as a professional resource in our field and are pleased to have her and [MOD} momma, Inc. in our Network.
